ABOUT DARREN
Darren was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 1 September 2020. He has over 26 years senior and C-Suite management experience, having held roles with State and National responsibilities in banking & finance and property.
He is now Managing Director of a private consulting business, through which he provides strategy, operational improvement and leadership development services to a range of government and private-sector organisations.
In addition to his role as a Non-Executive Director with Xamble, Darren is the Board Chair of Spectur Ltd (ASX:SP3) and the WA Government’s DevelopmentWA.
Darren is also active in the not-for-profit / “for purpose” space, being Board Chair of Ocean Gardens Retirement Village Inc.
Darren holds a Bachelor of Business (Curtin University) and a Masters of Applied Finance (Macquarie University), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
